Bat Food Lab

'Bat Food Lab' is a four-day performance in which alternatives for eating bats are developed in a speculative scenario, together with experts and the public. Kuang-Yi Ku is responding to the existence of wet markets and the traditional food culture of Southeast Asia with this project, which is being developed for the Tapei Arts Festival. The aim of the project is to initiate a debate on the eating of wild animals and its possible consequences.
